Directions to the Car Show
Check-in and parking of the vehicles will take place from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM. The vehicle check-in area will be on First Street between Oak Street and Copenhagen. From Buellton take Highway 246 East into Solvang. Turn Right at 5th Street then turn left on Oak Street (Two short blocks). Turn left on First Street and proceed to check-in area. From Highway 154 take Highway 246 West through Santa Ynez to Solvang. Turn left on Alisal Road and right on Oak Street. Turn right on First Street (one Block) and proceed to check-in area.
If you have any questions regarding your assigned class, please call Bob Stokes at (805) 688-6112. Although we encourage parking in your assigned class, you can park with a friend or with your club if preferred. IMPORTANT: FOR SPECIAL PARKING ARRANGEMENTS YOU MUST CALL BOB STOKES). After your special parking arrangement has been confirmed, please show up together and inform the check-in person that all vehicles are ready to park. If you are trailering your vehicle, please offload your vehicle in Parking Lot #2 on Oak Street (See Map below) and proceed to check-in area. Please bring this confirmation letter with you. It will help make the registration check-in go faster. In consideration for the residents surrounding the check-in area, we ask that you keep engine noise level down while going through the check-in area. City ordinance 6-2-6 prohibits consumption of intoxicating liquors and display of open intoxicating liquor containers upon any public street, public sidewalk, public highway, public parking lot, or public alley. We ask that all participants please adhere to these ordinances. To avoid disruptions during the awards ceremony, please do not start your vehicle or leave the Car Show display area until the awards ceremony is completed.
